Looks good. I'm excited to see some bigger tires on there. I have 35s nitto mud grapplers on mine and it totally changes the appearance. Your new tires should help you get through some better stuff too. We will have to take pics of are trucks together the next time I come down there.

Paul-
Just thought I would comment on your truck. It does look very good, indeed. Allot of people just throw stuff/parts at their truck and don't spend much time thinking how it might look.
You seem to have taken the high road with some thought and quality and it shows.
STARR headlights aside, the plastic spraying of parts and the look of the wheels, logos and grille is very impressive.
Thanks for the pictures and stories, damn good job !!

This is prob the most exciting part of the build so far for me.

295/70/18 Nitto Trail Grapplers

Pic of the new Nitto's flush against the stock ones.

Give you a general idea of what they'll look like here

So I heard I could have gone just a bit bigger. But I doubt I would've been able to fit them all in the back.

And 'Lil Sparta is all loaded up and ready to get her new shoes!

Stupid things are heavy.

More to come....

Yes you could've got 35s on there. I fit all of them in the back of mine. Looks good though. Be prepared for your mpgs to drop. Lol.

I'm really happy with the results. These tires look really sharp & the road noise is minimal for mud tires and doesn't bother me at all. I don't get any lane wandering either.

I do however, notice the difference in the braking distance. Brake feel is a lot less confidant feeling now. Makes me question the brakes. No immediate notice of power loss either.

Tires look good. Changes the entire look. Where are your hooks? Any reason you don't have them on?

have you thought about painting the impact bar and lower shield black as well? i didnt care for the silver impact bar for the 08s and 09s so i painted mine with several coats and it still looks very good in my opinion.
keep up the good work and the people on here have great input.....
I thought about plasti-dipping them but decided against it. I blacked out the H on the H3 emblems and left the sliver 3 alone to match the front. It also matches the top sports racks too, as they are silver also. Just matches and flows more to me. But thanks, I think I'll take your advice and stick the the aftermarket handles for the 3.

Ironic that you ask.... I just recently went wheeling and it would have been nice to have them on. I took them off and set them aside to dip the mounting points while I did the wheels and badges too. Except I forgot about them and never dipped them so that's why I don't have them on haha. Next time I get the gun out I'll put a few coats on em and put them back on.
