i called onstar as soon as I noticed my engine light on. They emailed me the codes and this is what they read. Please can someone tell me if the TBC has anything to do with the P0171 code or is that a seperate issue? I think I get this same code every time something is wrong with the truck. My truck is 2006 H3 and has 240,000 miles but I love it. I have another car but want to keep the truck because it is a classic. Is this problem going to be expensive?
I moved your post from the New Member Section which, as it says in the thread stuck to the top, Is NOT for Tech Questions.
Do you have a sunroof? If so, has your passenger side floor been wet?
I would start with some easy stuff. When was the last time your Throttle Body was cleaned? When was the last time your MAF sensor was cleaned? When was the last time your Air Filter was changed? When was the last time the spark plugs were changed?
Let us know if you have more questions.
IMHO OnStar is just a waste of $$ and anything "classic" has got to be a whole bunch older than stuff built this century. Any auto parts store can scan codes for you free and probably give you some advise on what/how to fix the issues.
It has been a while since my spark plugs have been changed nor do remember the last time the throttle botdu has been cleansed but I have had a new filter recently when the oil was changed a couple of motns ago. I have had my leaky sunroof repaired at least twice since I have had it. My son took the car to collge but is back now. He has not mentioned it leaking but I will check. Thanks again for your help and also enlightening me on what is considered a “classic”.
Happy Holidays!

Your sunroof is leaking because of clogged drain tubes. Read this on the fix, Google it as well, maybe your son can do "the fix" on that problem. Finally, a fix for clogged sunroof drain tubes
The sunroof does not need repair, the drain tubes need the fix.
When the sunroof leaks, the water comes down the passenger side A pillar to the floor. The vehicle BCM (Body Control Module) is mounted behind the kick plate of the passenger side and it does NOT like to get wet. When water leaks in from clogged sunroof drains, it gets the BCM wet. Important to get the drain tubes fixed before any further electrical issues develop. That is the root cause for your C0775 and B0354 codes.
Thanks so much! It’s been raining and we checked for wet floor. Everything seemed to be good but Monday when my mechanic does the tune-up he will check the drains. I believe he did have to clear them in August before my son left for school but they could be clogged again. I’m really glad I joined this forum! Very helpful!
