I have like 3-4 wires not attached to anything under my dash and there is also a male end of a wire harness that does not go to anything..any thoughts?

 

it's there on everyones truck, just a generic wire harness put in at the factory that isn't needed in the H3.

 

Is it possible that it is a trailer harness connector for a electric brake controller? The wires would be red,black,lt.blue and dk.blue. Steve

 

might be, don't know exactly, but there is power to one or two of the wires if I remember correctly, so it very well could be.I have never seen or heard of anyone with those wires connected to anything though, but I never saw anyone get a factory installed brake controller either. Wow...thats long way to say..maybe
