Hi everyone, I'ma newbie here and have hadmy 93 H1 for about 5 month now and I love it!!!! My problem is with the glow plug system. WhenI turn the keyon the"WAIT" light comes on for no more than 5 seconds no matter what the temp is outside. I have tested all my glow plugs with a test light and all are good, I have also tested my plug harness and it is also good as well!! My question is does anyone know what glow plug controllermy H1 needs it has a 4 wire GMpart #12496472 But the harness has been spliced on!! Lynch hummer's tech saidthe 93's needed a 3 wire controller??? WHO KNOWS?? I also contacted AM General and after about an hour on hold they said they were unsure, but didn't think a 3 wire controller has ever been used on an H1!!
