Greetings, my brother has a 05 H2 that the only way it will cool is through the vents at the base of the windshield. It does blow out cold air.
Nothing through the vents above the command center.
any ideas?

Blend door, search on here. There's a lot of info on replacing them.

 

YUP, blend doors!
Make sure you have the limits deleted out of the AC / HEATER head unit using a Tech II. Or it could ruin your new just installed actuator motors.

The other common issue is cold air on drivers side and hot air on pass. side.

 

This issue is the MODE door which diverts the air to the area you select when working properly. That actuator is located just above the gas pedal.
