Do you have any suggestions on battery brands? What is the max size of the battery? I can't find it on my car.

 

take yours in and get one that looks like it.
dont let them tell you that u cant buy bigger size or amps, or go elsewhere.

I will be honest with you. I am not a car type of person and do not know how to take the battery out. Do I just undo the red and black connected to it? Mine also has the hummer cover on it.

 

if u park at autozone they will test it in the car and advise,,let them do it

 

simple rule for disconnecting battery remove black first then red, installing = red first then black this way you cant short through wrench to ground and if you do your shorting black to ground which is a circuit anyways or red to ground when theres no circuit (need both connections for circuit) so it cant arc
