Hi I took this part out of my H3 and it was connected to the fuel tank. I had problem to fill gas to the tank where if the flow is strong then fuel will be pushed out of the tank. So I had to make sure that fuel flows very slow in order to fill the tank. It is Hummer H3, year of 2006, and manual transmission;

So I am thinking that this part might be gone bad. Please share with me if you have any idea?
