Hello Ladies & Gentlemen,

My first post here. I have driven Tahoe's forever but have considered buying an H2 for several years. I have been reading the site for the past couple of days so my question is pretty simple... Should I buy a 2007 or a 2008 and why?

I have an '08, so in my opinion, other than price, I wouldn't say there is any pro's to an '07? Someone my let us know of some, but the interior is updated with soft touch materials, the engine is 6.2L in stead of 6.0 and it has a 6 speed transmission instead of a 4 speed, which will give you about 10 - 15 % better gas milage. 08's also have electric cooling fans, which is a mod lots of people do to older models. There isn't really any difference on the outside, but you will notice a big difference inside.

 

Go with the 08. Its a much better truck. Trust me on this.

 

I have an '05 and am completely satisfied with it. But if I ran across a deal on an '08 I would have to seriously consider trading up for the reasons SD90 said.
