Default Torsion Bar Removal Help

Need to replace the bushings on the lower control arm (LCA)

How does one remove a stuck torsion bar on an H3/H3T?
The torsion key and bolt in the middle of the vehicle is out.
The torsion key has been removed.
The passenger side (not tried the drivers side) is stuck in the LCA.

Tried PB Blaster, some mild heat, and of course pulling and wiggling the bar.
Tried a pair of vice grips with a rag and clamped that onto the bar and then tapped the vice grips with a hammer.

Did I miss something?

Since the back of the torsion bar has flanged out a bit, thinking of making a bracket and some kind of pull to pull the torsion bar out.

Any other ideas???

TIA.

The problem is that the torsion bar will not come out of the lower control arm.
AFAIK, after removing the large bolt and torsion key that is under the passenger side, the torsion tube should just pull out of the LCA.
However, my torsion tube seems to be stuck?!?!?!

Any tricks or ideas to get the torsion bar out??

Use an air hammer with a blunt bit and hit/vibrate the bottom & sides of t-bar at lca.

Obviously rust welded to the control arm. "Go big or go home" & "Act like you own it". Fight the battle to win!
