I have a problem with intermittent long starts. 90% of the time I turn the key it starts right up, the other 10%, I turn the key the vehicle cranks and keeps cranking for several seconds even if I let go of the key until it barely starts up, knocking and sputtering. Then the engine comes to idle and everything seems fine.
It doesn't matter if the truck has sat all night or if I just shut it down 5 minutes ago.
Gas mileage is s*!t, but I attributed this to the 37-in tires and KMC rims. It's a 2009 H3T Alpha with 107k miles. I've cleaned the MAF sensor and assembly, replaced the spark plugs. Didn't seem to help any.
I have a new code as of yesterday p0442.
Any help will be appreciated thanks

No that was a totally different thing, I've been a member here for a while, had a H3 5cyl before I found this in Florida. You're talking about a salvage auction that happened, and people were talking about, different vehicle.
And I just realized I made my post in the wrong area....lol..

Did you mean you cleaned the Throttle Body, or just the MAF? If you have not cleaned the MAF, do so but always use MAF cleaner and avoid any other solvents on that. Have you scanned it for any hidden codes?

I see you have been busy sprucing up that jewel.
Yes sir, thank you! I basically moved everything I had on the H3 over to the H3T lol, and had to do another 1.25 inch body lift to fit the tires . The roof lights are Cab Over America, wireless ones, liking then so far After I got the Air Doc installed I cleaned both the MAF sensor and the Body, I have both kinds of cleaners. Then I did general maintenance/clean ups, brakes, fluids, shocks etc. I changed out the spark plugs before the Florida trip.
Hummerz feels it's a vacuum leak per the code so I'll start there, but do you think I should replace the MAF sensor as well?

No>>> Evaporative Emission (EVAP) System Leak.
Symptoms of an EVAP Leak
Even before you run diagnostics, a few signs can indicate that your check engine light is the result of an EVAP leak rather than some other issue. A symptom such as the smell of gasoline is obvious, but these others can also crop up:
