Hi guys, just bought myself a 2002 H1. Can't really enjoy the truck until I start it but day 2 of owning it, I can't stick my key to turn. I tried locking and unlocking from the key fob and moved the shifter a little, held the brakes, tried most of the basics to insert key, which I don't think is very much. Any ideas?

I wiggled it for at least 10minutes the first time it happened and got it in, drove home and now I've been doing it for at least an hour with no luck.

 

Found the problem, the chime sensor, when you leave your keys in the ignition, broke off and lodged itself at the bottom. The arm connecting it was just sticking out and made it impossible to insert. Cleaned out ignition cylinder instead of replacing entire unit which cost upwards of 500.
