Default Will not crank....

My lady pulled in the driveway by the way its 9° slope. When she went to leave it would not start. Instrument panel, and all lights work. Along with anything else electrical. My passlock light comes on for a few seconds then goes out.
I have replaced to battery which did test bad. It had 11 volts but after putting a battery tester on it, it tested bad. Replaced the factory terminals as well. I also sprayed electrical contact cleaner in my ignition followed by graphite. Still will not crank.
I put the key in the ignition turn it over, like I said everything comes up but when I turn the key all the way to start I get nothing but clicking sounds and everything goes away until i release the key leaving it in the on position. I don't want to have to just throw parts at it. I also need to say I am not getting a signal to my starter, solenoid. I have also swapped my relays in every configuration possible..
That beautiful black hummer is just sitting there on a hill. Please someone help!

YEAR and MILES?????????????????????????????

Sounds like you are aware (maybe not) of the GM PassLock issues. Search that out.

One more question, what did you replace the factory Battery Terminal Connectors with?

Just kidding!

So #77 & #78 is good and you are getting no start signal to the starter?
I know you replaced the battery. What is the battery voltage with key on?
I know it's a tedious task but I would check EVERY fuse in the fuse box one by one including the Main power fuse.

What is the current voltage when the ignition is in the start position?

The switch (not the cylinder)?

There is a signal going to the solenoid.

Clean/secure your battery and starter connections.

My apologies to all, I work 15 hr shifts and trying to dig up info plus trouble shoot when I am off is crazy timing. The H3 has 146 thousand miles it is an 06. The terminals are the cheap black and red top post from Advance Auto.
Last night with an assist turning the key I put my meter on the relay input for the crank. Has she turns the key I do get 12.6 volts, release the key to on and my voltage dissapeared..... I am going to check the voltage on the starter solenoid tonight when I get off. That won't be for another 12 hrs. So i do appreciate the help and input but my response time could suck if i get busy during the day.

I thought of something I need to add gentleman. I have been reading for several on here about the pass lock. My padlock through a car light comes on but goes right back out with the rest of the normal lights that come on and go. I have also tried the 10 minute reset ( well two different ways I have read to do it anyways) nothing changes.
