What should I do to add more horse power to speed it up?

You bought an H3 and you want to go fast? Ever dawn on you H3s are FT 4X4 Off Road Vehicles designed to navigate off road obstacles at low speed, not to be speedy on pavement?
Anyways, pretty close to this order:
Intake;
Efan conversion;
PCM Tune;
Throttle Body Port Polish; and
Cat Back exhaust.
Do that and you will be about as fast as an H3 can be, until you buy and Alpha and do the same things to it.
