Water leaking in front passenger area.
2007
After a drive-through car wash or rain storm I notice that my floor board in front passenger side is soaked or pooled with water. WTH? How and why does this happen? I can't imagine it was sold this way at the factory. I'm guessing it's leaking somewhere from the front hood vent from the outside. Any ideas on why and how to fix?

Don't JUST clean the grommet....do this! https://www.hummerforums.com/forum/hummer-h3-17/finally-fix-clogged-sunroof-drain-tubes-28548/
I didn't read anything new or revolutionary in this thread other than people drilling the X rubber out. I reamed mine out with a large screw and prefer to keep the X rubber in there.
I also blew air up through the drain tube to verify it was clear. Is there a way to check the tubing from the engine side of the firewall to verify the tube is clear all the way down?

NEVER ever use compressed air to blow out the drain tubes. When you spend some time reading here you will see that virtually everyone who did caused the drain lines to become disconnected above the headliner and created a much bigger problem to deal with.
Cut out the X, it is what causes the backup to begin with.
The other mod for all H3/H3Ts, get rid of the OEM Battery Terminal Connectors. Nothing but garbage. Swap them out for a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand.
