No front driveshaft, no front CV axles, no lights on the dash 4wd switch. Now won't move, and noise from the rear diff. Seems to me that the first step here is to remove the rear diff cover and take a look.

And yes, this guy is all over the board, asking the same questions again and again.

 

We can't fix it for him from 100s-1000s miles away. He is not going to fix it if he doesn't start by inspecting the suspected failed components.
