It popped off the ****** (not sure why the word "b.a.r.bed" being censored lol) fitting that was connected to the solid lines. I end up replacing all 4 clamps, I was able to get access to the clamps at the cooler via bottom grille, you can just pop that thing out.

Looking good on the install. Let us know how the temps look after you test drive.

ya I’ll remove the front grill it’s only few bolts does the ear clamps can open completely to fit around the hose or does it have to like slide in the hose and move it all the way up and tighten up I just don’t want to take the hose off the plugs so I don’t leak again so if I can losen those clamp ears and fit it right in and tighten it would make my life way much easier

I just slid the hose off the barb fitting and used my thumb to hold fluid coming out of the cooler, just do one hose at a time. Lost zero fluid doing that switch. Same on the bottom where the rubber hose meets the hard line, barely any fluid came out. It's no biggie.

So the camps says 14mm to 16mm but I tighten it all the way it seem pretty secured the one that’s 13mm to 15mm doesn’t screw and tighten all the way and other bigger size was little too big so the 14mm to 16mm out of that kit size is the one that allowed me to tighten it all the way to the end

How are the temps since you got the cooler installed? Also forgot to mention, the bottom flap thing makes a difference too. Mine was missing so I went and got a rubber matt from Home Depot for like $10, once installed it helped maintain temperature especially when sitting at the light or parking lot. Without it my truck runs hotter.
