Update!
Drained gas tank.
Replaced with clean gasoline.
Car stopped shuddering.
Drove it for 60 miles with no rough idle.
Insight?

I got an idea, however I need you to post a pic of your gauges, park, idle @ operating temp.

It's not Canadian.
Bought from the US with miles .
I switched the odometer to km 😀
I only put 10 gallons for fill up, afraid to get another bad gas batch

Your temp gauge is inaccurate, it's showing low @206°F
12.7v is low (did you replace the battery terminals?)
Definitely, work on cleaning the fuel delivery system. Clean the TB, Fuel injection, induction service. Seafoam, if available to you is a great product to use. Then only fill with a quality fuel.

waiting for them, what should be the voltage at idle?
Min. 14.0v. I just checked mine with all accessories on at idle, tested with aux outlet gauge:

With only the drl lights on I get 14.5v(camera flash hard to see leds)

Explain how your "bubble gum machine" scan gauge controls the voltage regulator?
