Default Torsion adjustment maxed out

If you have read any of my post I had previously leveled out my H3 at 24.5 inches on the front, since then it had dropped to 24 inches. I tried to bring it back up on the drivers side but I could only get about 3/8 of a turn on the bolt and it will not go any further. The passenger side is sitting at 24.5 and the bolts turns with ease. Do I need a new torsion bar or new torsion keys?

The previous owner overdid it. T Bars can become weak over time and not provide the same lift they did as when new.

Anyways, your MAX target is 23.5" both sides, let that passenger side down. When you are over that you just tear chit up as you put on some miles.
