These guys already told you what/where to look.

Common known problem is the harness to the license plate light and trailer plug rubs the chassis where it goes under the back bumper.... if that is your problem.

While standing, open the back door, look between the body and the bumper on the license plate light side for the wiring, make sure it is not touching the frame, body or bumper, inspect it for fraying or wear. Happened to a bunch of us. The insulation wears through, and creates a ground to whatever wire(s) is/are touching anything.

Doc Olds,

I was not clear what I was searching for. I was searching for what fuse 84 went to, but thanks for the precise place to look. I will try to get a peek at it tonight after work. Very grateful for all the help.

I was searching what fuse 84 was used for. Boy, I just can't get that sentence out right.
Trailer B+ didn't give me a good enough description.

Pulling the fuse is a bandage.
You need to find the cause and fix it. If your wires are chafing, more light issues will soon occur.

I had the same problem and the dealer told me it was my body control module so they replaced it. Not sure if the body control module went bad because of my sunroof leaking on passenger side due to manufacturer issue.
