Hi guys my 2007 h3 has one indicator working at normal speed and the other side is twice as fast no bulbs are out so would this be the relay and if so where is it many thanks John.

 

First, check your battery and the terminal connections.

I was having weird intermittent electrical issues that turned out to be a cell periodically dropping out in a battery still under warranty. Among others, one issue was one of the turn signals flashing very fast. Seems the H3 system is sensitive to either lower than expected voltage or lower than expected amperage, and goes into a tizzy.

 

I'll suggest to go under the rear end nearest the bumper and check the wiring carefully as this is a know area of trouble. Mine was all corroded when I first got my Hummer H3 in 2011.
