Hummer H3For the Hummer driver who wants the rugged look and off road capabilities of the Hummer, but in a smaller size and with a more fuel economy friendly engine.
I am in the process of upgrading the monsoon system. Already have installed a new head unit, front, & rear door speakers with sound deadening material on and in the doors. I already have a new 8" sub to install and the new amp is on it's way to run all speakers. Where the factory Bose amp is located does not give a lot of room to mount a new amp once removed. There is no room under the rear seats either nor is under the front seats an option I am keeping the current sub enclosure behind the rear panel for the new sub. I have one large amp that I need to figure out where to mount. Dimensions are 18"x6.5"x2.6". I know it's a very long amp, but if I run two separate amps, one for the speakers and one for the sub I will have to figure out where to mount two verses one large amp. I am looking for ideas where and how to mount the amp. If you have pics, that would be great. TIA. https://www.skaraudio.com/products/r...-car-amplifier
Yes I did, but not the entire inside. Only about a two foot. square behind the speaker. Tapping the outside shell you really can tell the difference. Now to find a location to mount the amp.
