What's the voltage on the battery(resting) and with the alternator output?

 

I am not sure but I took the car to auto zone and tested it and they said both are in perfect condition.

do you think the filler neck is the problem why it spitting fuel ??? maybe that flap on the bottom of it is gone or something?

 

You have all this money to buy parts, yet you don't have a multimeter? Test the voltage on your battery not running =+12.5v.. and test with it running=+14.5v. Then test it running with all lights and accessories on =+-14.5v. A cheap meter can save you a lot. Post the results.

and that reduce power come and go, last time it came and went on its own. so that what made me believe is that the sensor is failing and ordered the part.

do you believe the filler neck might have a problem to do with the fueling spitting out??

 

Alternator output to high. You have electrical issues.

What mods have been done? A 12v system should never require over 15v charging. That alternator cant regulate.
