do you think the filler neck is the problem why it spitting fuel ??? maybe that flap on the bottom of it is gone or something?
You have all this money to buy parts, yet you don't have a multimeter? Test the voltage on your battery not running =+12.5v.. and test with it running=+14.5v. Then test it running with all lights and accessories on =+-14.5v. A cheap meter can save you a lot. Post the results.
