Default refueling issue....

Hello, I have a 2007 hummer h3 luxury package around 56000 miles on it. the problem Is when I fill gas and its full and the pump shut off automatically. it spells gas from where the bump id plugged. I checked the vent hose and its not clogged I took it off and did compress air in it and it was fine.. what the problem might be? please I need help I don't know what else to look at to fix this issue.

thank you

Default i think i know what your saying

dont top the tank off. mine does the same. once its full stop. dont top off. there is a overfill slot that fuel will leak from.

Not sure what you are writing? If you are having a problem fueling, you need to replace the vent valve.

I replaced the vent solenoid and it still does it.

I don't top it off, I just put the pump and pump the gas and when the pump shut off. it spits a good amount of fuel out....

this video show how mine does its the same

I ran out of ideas what else could be the problem, I checked the tube that attached to the filler neck, and its clear, I replaced the vent solenoid with brand new one with its hose and still does it ... please help

Have you tried what the HumbleMechanic suggested ?
Try filling with the gas nozzle at a lower fill speed and stop when near full
