The radiators may also be getting in a bind. Moving along with the truck is okay, but not against it. Mine hits on the passenger side and in the middle under the bracket. I ground the metal off the cross bar at those two locations to relieve any pressure and remove the cutting action into the top plastic part.

Why cut metal when the issue is at the upper mount? Grab the top of your radiator at the upper mount and push it back/forward. Does it move at the mount? When I replaced my radiator over 12yrs ago, I noticed excessive movement at the upper mount, and found a brass sleeve in my tool chest for repairing garden hoses, female end is 2 parts, I separated and installed on the radiator top post mount through the bracket bushing and now my radiator is secured tight to the upper mount. Stress cracks are caused by excessive movement/flex!
