Overheat?
There are scanners you can use that plug into your OBD plug. I have one that I use for my Bimmer that seems to work fine. I am sure if you search you'll find suggestions. Don't have any specific brand that I can recommend however. I am sure a few people of here can give a recommendation and maybe make a buck or two while at it 🤷
I am a bit surprised you're posting this considering you're not exactly new. Also surprised @Doc Olds haven't chimed in to paste his standard response to this question. What's going on guys? Are you testing me or something?

You can use a basic Bluetooth or wifi scanner with an app on your smart phone, then you will know what actual coolant temp is.
You never had the issue until you moved to S FL........ where it is HOT and muggy in summer. Just like it makes you warm, it makes your vehicle warmer. If it is 80F in MI and my coolant is 198F at full operating temp, and it is 100F in FL (20 degrees F warmer) I will bet your coolant temp will be warmer too, like 210F+. Just a thought.
The when the temp gauge get pointing to red, be concerned. Until then, enjoy the ride.

the reading came 217F
so probably when the temperature was 100 or 102 it was maybe more than that. I got purple ice coolant additive maybe it will help during this hot weather
Top seal is a seal between radiator and condenser coil. Bottom seal is a big rubber mat type thing that hangs off the bottom of the radiator and tucks back under the skid plate. Check out the other big thread (running hotter than usual) I added some photos about it. There's also some diagrams to help you identify the part.
lol in this case all out hummer cooling system is faulty lol cus I never seen anyone running 100 or less when on a none hot state but here in Florida good luck lol
That's about what I am getting on my H3, I am in Nevada so temps have been quite high as of lately. Mine are even higher when on the freeway 220-225F. I did drop about 10 degrees while city driving and idling by adding a top seal and bottom seal. Do you still have yours?
