Are you talking about the tube from the valve cover to the airbox on top? Or an exhaust resonator? My H3 has a muffler delete in case that helps.
The resonator is #1 at the top. Check #3 to the intake manifold.

Yes that's the resonator. Crankcase ventilation needs air flow, to prevent excessive vacuum pressure=oil loss.

Closing the loop on this. I was able to find a used valve cover. Swapped it and oil sucking problem solved. Thanks all.
