This kit is quick disconnect like air tools. MAKE SURE GAUGE HOSE FITTING IS SECURELY CONNECTED(TUG ON IT) BEFORE START UP, and check for leaks after startup. Let it run and watch gauge until engine reaches operating temperature, post the results.

Default Update

So I got the new kit, plugged it in and started the hummer cold start was at 65psi and fully warming up the engine at idle it start to go down and it stopped at around 14psi

and since I changed the oil and put new one and new sensor and wire harness it didn’t happen again since then. I had few cool days that I thought maybe it’s cool but what I ment cool was in the 70s and today is 80 and still didn’t do it .. so I assume problem fixed? Lol

sensor range for actuation is 0.4-0.5 bar. Check your sensor when it works. This can be done using a pressure gauge and an air compressor.
