Are you still trying to use the Crappy Azzed OEM Battery Terminal Connectors? If so, hack that chit off and replace with a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand.

What is the resting voltage of your battery? Is the passlock light on?

Default terminals

First thing I did was replace those for good ones i did have a dropping voltage changed out the ignition switch that stopped now i sit around 13.5 the passlock light is not on. When i put in and turn the key the only thing that happens is the check engine light no cluster radio etc

Did you do/have any work done just prior to this happening? Anybody take apart the fuse block from the fuse box tray?

OK lol, let's back this up to the beginning....

What were the initial symptoms?
We're there codes?
What was your reasoning for each of the replaced items?

Because a car takes three things....
Air
Spark
Fuel

So if you are tracking a fault in the ignition you need to verify certain parameters.

You need to make absolutely certain you have solid clean grounds and +12v.
No other things.
Each ground removed, cleaned and continuity tested.
+12v main harness to starter removed cleaned and tested for continuity.
The starter would be tested.

The ignition switch and fuse box are not even in this early test faze. Because the starter should be able to turn without the switch or fuse box.
