Welcome to HF. Do a search and read about your common issue after a dead battery or battery change.
Do a search on Battery Terminal Connectors as well.

I'm working out the same issues on My 06 right now.
Lost my gages and all the lights in my cluster the other day.
Disconnected the battery did the terminal touch thing, and got the cluster and lights back, but instantly Lost drivers window and power locks.
Checked every fuse and relay even changed the battery terminals. Got the master switch in the house warming up for the night. I will get it all worked out.
.Got to love GM wiring systems.
The only electrical systems in the automotive world designed by a Pastry Chef.

Please use the search feature, must be 100+ threads on this. Simple solution.... drive it for several ignition cycles and it will resolve itself, or if you just gotta do something, remove the master window/door lock switch and bring it inside to warm it up for a while and try that.
As my post above said, do a search on Battery Terminal Connectors, THE first thing to replace on every H3.
