Multiple computer issues
I just picked up another H3. This one is a 2008 base model. It came with 2 “all in one” key fobs that have a button and the key flips out, no factory keys(Issue #1). When I press the unlock button the horn beeps twice, lock button the horn beeps once(Issue #2). I’ve attempted the RKE feedback procedure and the DIC never comes up giving me an option to change it(Issue #3). (Issue #4), on my 06, after you turn the key off there’s a short period of time where the radio stays on and you can roll the windows up and down etc… on this one, when you turn the ignition off, there’s no radio and cannot roll the windows up or down.
I’ve ordered 2 new OEM fobs and 2 OEM keys. Not sure if that’s one of the issues or not. Local locksmith keeps telling me I have to get chipped keys, but I know that’s incorrect.
Is there anyway to “reset” the computer to clear out whatever the previous owner has done to get this thing back to factory settings?

Can you post a pic of your all in one fob(s) with the key flipped out? It is possible somebody changed your ignition switch so lets see the fobs.
The BCM controls Retained Accessory Power (RAP). Needs ignition switch confirmation, correct battery voltage, etc... Search H3 RAP.
Check the RAP Relay #66 in the fuse box by swapping it with another of the same size and see if works then.
You still using those Crappy Azzed OEM Battery Terminal Connectors?
