Good morning
My H3 limousine tensioner bolts shear at times.
Has anyone encountered this or can anyone suggest what is causing it please?

Defective parts?

 

if it is a limo. have they added stuff that is not stock like different power steering systems or heavier A/C compressor or maybe beefed up or secondary alternators? any of that would not belong to a normal H3 so maybe there is an alignment issue or maybe too long of a belt path to reach an accessory or an accessory that demands more torque then that that tensioner can handle.
