HELP!! White Smoke, rough idle,

I'm in a major pickle..

My 07 H3 was having a hard time starting up over the last day... thought it was a low battery so i put a charger on it. Still had trouble starting up barely got her started but when it did start, it began running super rough, and would barely stay alive. Struggled to keep it running. I live right near the dealer, so I nursed it over, but by the time I got there, I started seeing a bit of white smoke. No water leaking. Transfer case looked a bit oily.. but I'm a bit puzzled..

Anyone experienced this?
