Recently my '06 H2 has been puffing out white (not blue or bluish) smoke either on start up or acceleration. It seemingly only does it when it is cold out and doesn't always do it. Just sporadically. I know there is a variety of things that may cause this but was curious if anyone here has ran into this and what the issue was. As always thanks for your input!

 

White smoke when cold = good
Blusish smoke anytime = bad

No problems

 

This is correct. I noticed this especially when I switched to aftermarket exhaust. White smoke was normal on colder days.

 

You sure it's smoke and not steam from condensation in the exhaust?
