Car shaking when idle

Car shaking when idle

Can someone help me diagnose this issue. Heavy vibration when idle and not noticeable when driving. Spark plugs were supposedly changed a month ago and mechanic said motor mount looked good. Any help would be great. 2007 hummer h3

Is your check engine light on? If so, what codes are you throwing?

No check engine light

There is no check engine light on.

clean the MAF with MAF cleaner and throttle body with throttle body cleaner. also check for air leaks in the intake tubes and intake manifold.
