PROBLEM SOLVED!! Clogged sunroof drain!

You got lucky doing the air compressor method. Usually if the clog is bad enough, you end up blowing the drain hose right off the coupling under the roof headliner. when that happens the water drains onto your headliner and leaks out somewhere else. Then you need to drop your headliner to reattach the drain hose.

Like I said you might have got lucky this time. The only long term solution to prevent it clogging again is to pull out the lower end of the drains and cutout that X opening, as the thread referenced above illustrates.
