You do not have an oil pressure problem. You have a problem with the oil pressure sensor wiring circuit (harness compromised or dirty azzed connector that needs cleaning with CRC Electronic Cleaner, or both). Spray the living chit out of the oil pressure sensor connector and the sensor connections side as well. Let those dry, then connect it back together. If your light still comes on, trace the wiring.

Doubtful signal loss only at operating temp? Easy to check wiring with jumper wiring. @ the PCM connector pin #15 tan with black tracer & pin #36 purple. Back probe connectors with jumper wiring and run to operating temp to verify.

I'm not saying anything!
I just posted a diagram showing no need to remove the engine to replace the OP.
Btw, the oil pump is a simple design, like a water/steering/sump/pool/aquarium/pond,etc..PUMP...fluid is drawn up through the pickup screen, and dispersed. The pump needs fluid & a clear screen to operate properly. Look back when you used seafoam. Flush again or drop the pan and clean the pickup screen. Oil pump pressure is checked at the outlet of the oil pump after the filter. Here's a map for you: PICKUP TUBE>Oil PUMP>FILTER>OPS.
