Hummer H3For the Hummer driver who wants the rugged look and off road capabilities of the Hummer, but in a smaller size and with a more fuel economy friendly engine.
I am using a digitally controlled SuperModulation SFAN 4500 with dual fans that operate in opposite direction (1 is clockwise, the other counter clockwise). Still have the OEM Radiator. Keeps my cam swapped 5.3L at whatever temp I dial it in for. Would easily do the same for the I5s. The controller ramps up CFM based upon demand, at low it is 1500 CFM, when full on 4500 CFM!
Contact James at SuperModulation, he makes the SFAN4500 and has a local Company in NJ near him that makes the plastic shrouds. He then assembles the frame and fans/electrical for the full package. He has different controllers to set the fans, you decide how much to spend.

I see a remote mount in the photo. It looks very much like the fan is from Toyota. maybe from Avensis. how to contact a person? is he on this forum? I have my own controller. I made it myself. at 600 W.

He is on the web, ebay, and over at 355Nation.net. etc... Just Google SuperModulation. His name is James M, grew up in Detroit before moving to NJ. Electrical engineer type guy. You can email him with your ph# and he will likely call/text you day or so later.
I think your remote might be part of my Snow Blower.

Low speed = 4 to 13 amps, Hi speed = 15 to 35 amps. Depending upon temperature demand. When it does ramp up, it will cool the truck enough to shut off for many minutes before starting another cycle. The Digital Controller is programmed for the V8 cooling curve, so it does not just turn on/off. Instead it starts slow and ramps up as needed to cool to whatever I have it set to. If cooler outside it will never get to high before winding back down. When hot out, obviously it works harder.
