H3 wobbly fan base normal?

Does not look normal to me. I can't tell how hard you are pushing on it.

The pulley bolts look tight, so.... is your water pump making noise? Is your coolant full?

There is a strange sound which seems to diminish as the H3 warms up but not sure it's the water pump.

Nah, it's more of a clunkety clunk sound but it fades away.

My guess is your water pump bearings and/or seal are on the way out. Watch for leaks. It will probably make a racket when it finally has had too much.
