Also, I'm install a set of Denso ITV22 spark plugs today. They are two steps colder than the stock temps. I had just reduced the Gap to .30 on the stocks. But I think this will be the proper way to do it. These also come pre-gapped @ .31. Of course I'll verify(; Any inputs gladly accepted! Alec

About a decade ago or more, Chevy did a concept vehicle with the I5 3.5 turbocharged. I think they claimed 350 hp. Sorry, I can't remember the name but it was sort of a modern SUV take on a '57 Chevy wagon. Maybe it's where Ford got the idea to do their Flex?

If you have some patience, you should be able to find it on the web somewhere. I saw it in the flesh at one of the Detroit Autoshows.

Installed the Denso ITV22 spark plugs today. Runs excellent, even smoother running than before and picks up a little quicker as well. Definitely worth the money. At 8.5 pounds boost, I'm hitting 368 HP with excellent drivability. I'm thankful for the forum advise to turn my boost down from 11.5, could have caused some serious problems since this not a built motor.

I got my concept cars wrong, it's not the 1999 Nomad concept that had the I5 turbo but the 2002 Bel Air concept instead.

How are you coming up with your HP numbers?

Had it dyno'd at Premier Auto Care in West Jordan, UT. Typo in my previous post, It's @ 9 pounds boost, 366HP. Not sure what I was reading before(: Anyway, running great. Do the numbers seem off? Turbonetics had a kit that at 8 pounds would hit 350 a handful of years ago, although there were tuning issues and they discontinued making it. My set-up is better than that and the tuning was done by some real pro's at Premier Auto. Alec
