Could work out, but think about the money you safe on your tire deal can cost you later expensive repairs of other components suffering from such huge tires.

I trust the experience of many Hummer owners to go for 35" but that's it for me.

I had a broken drive shaft of the rear axel on a Jeep before due to big tires and snow crawling...that was a painfull experience.

I have driven a 4" Rancho lifted H3T with 37s (MTZs) on it and they rubbed during flex (esp. in the front). I would say that 37s are the largest you can go with a Rancho 4" kit.

What year and engine do you have in your H3? Do you plan on taking it OffRoad? If you do plan on taking it OffRoad do you have the Alum or Cast Iron front diff? 14mm or 16mm tie rods? 06-07 or 08-10 half shafts? These could also be the deciding factors.

I know this is an old thread but I just purchased a hummer with the 3" Lift on it half haft on right front has a torn boot is there a better half shaft to use other than stock replacements? All I have found local are stock ones. Would liek it fixed ASAP.
Its on a 275-75-16 ruffly 35" Tire. I am thinking of changing wheels and getting a true 35" Tire under it most like on a 17" wheel. Would love some bead locks too

Then WHY tack on the end of it? START A NEW Thread, none of the NINE YEAR OLD stuff in this one matters to your post.
