Could be fan barely hitting on something? Have you tried moving the fan shroud a bit as maybe fan is hitting it? Could maybe water pump or idler pulley but really to me kind of sound like fan is just barely hitting the shroud? (Just a guess) Good luck hope it’s something simple.

Another guess. Sounds like the belt is slipping a little. Check the belt tension. May need a new tensioner. While your in there, remove the belt and check all the pulleys for play and noise. Run the vehicle for a minute to confirm the noise has gone with the belt off. Never seen this on a GM but, could also be a crank pulley. The rubber and the steel no longer adhere and the steel slips on the rubber creating a similar noise.
