Hummer H3 For the Hummer driver who wants the rugged look and off road capabilities of the Hummer, but in a smaller size and with a more fuel economy friendly engine.

Could anyone please identify what this component is?

Thanks for this, I am taking the Hummer to the dealer as the ball joints and some other brushing need replacing. Will ask them to fix the hose while I am there.

That is correct, unfortunately could not find a part number for that section so gave up replacing it and repaired it with heat shrink.
