How do I reduce picture size

All my pics are too big to upload... I searched but couldn't find a thread on it. What's the best way to reduce image sizes? Thanks.

I find it easier not to reduce at all.

Just find a third party picture host like Photobucket. Upload your pics then link to them. Resulting pictures are going to be bigger/better than any you actually upload to this site.
