Default How can you reduce the wind noise from the front doors?

These front doors were not designed well to minimize wind noise. Is there any solution to cover the door seals so they are not exposed to the wind?

Any suggestion would be appreciated!

May be a different issue. I had a ton of wind noise before I re-siliconed the strips on the side of the windsheild. they were making some serious noise.

Same with mine. I ran a bead of black silicon down the pillar trim and it stopped the wind noise.

I have received the same comments from others and will try that fix this week. Thank you for the response!

I agree, its probably the plastic trim on either side of the windshield. Most say to run a bead of silicone but I just picked up some of the cheap 2 sided sticky foam. I didn't want to glue them down with the silicone as I was going to start the wiring for my roof rack lights.

Double sided sticky foam took away the problem completely. Took a drive to Sedona and at 85mpg no rattle at all!

Make sur you completely remove the existing tape prior to installing the new tape. I used an exacto knife, pliers, nail polish remover with acetone, then isopropyl alcohol.

I notice on mine that it constantly sounds like the wind is blowing at 100 mph, when I get over 60. I had the pillars fixed at the dealer I bought the truck from, but it is still really noisy. Any other suggestions? Also, how the heck do you take off the fake airbox things? ( not sure of the technical part term)
