As an idiot, I still cannot figure out how to post a photo with a new post.
Please help!

Couple ways, best is to set up a free account at a photo hosting site, like Photobucket or Picasa...

Upload your photos there, then copy the Image link and paste it in your post.

If you want to post photos from online you can copy the image url, then click on the
icon in the post tool bar and paste in the url in the pop up, then click OK.

 

I use Photobucket.
Once images are uploaded you click to get the links associated with that photo.
Then you click on the IMG code to copy it.
Then you can paste (Ctrl V) the photo into the location where the cursor is on the post you are making.

 

I prefer using the direct link and the picture icon, or just surround the direct link with [ img ] url [ /img ] without the spaces. Using the IMG code from photobucket now links to your photobucket account instead of just the image. Not a big deal really, and in some cases it's what you want, I just don't like that they changed it...

Good point, I end up taking out the PB Acct part. I liked the way it was before.
