Replace the radiator cap!
The coolant overflow tank is accessed via the RADIATOR CAP. Top hose is overflow to the ground - lower hose is connected to radiator under the cap, here's a pic of mine showing the overflow hose looped for the picture reposition back down below after.:

I replaced the radiator cap with a new oem one and it still does it . It’s not the radiator cap because when I do a pressure test I remove the cap and install the pressure cap that hooks to the pump and when I pump it air comes off too. I think it’s my head gasket

When you properly pressure test the radiator/coolant system without the cap there is no access to the overflow tank! PINCH THE OVERFLOW HOSE WHEN PRESSURE TESTING with your device!

I am confused , so during the video you sent me he left the overflow hose connected. See I am doing pressure test 15psi just like he said what’s it’s capable of and not to block or pinch the overflow hose while testing because the testing kit work as the radiator cap… I have the same kit he got

TEST THE COOLANT SYSTEM not the overflow tank!

However, you say no smell so likely not your issue.

Good luck.
No need to worry when you open the hood & see the coolant reservoir at the FULL line! Pic from '07 today posted above:

oh okay! So here is what I did/found. I tested the the radiator with a tester and I penched the line and I went to 15 psi and it didn’t bubble or didn’t go down. Then I put the cap back and drove for like 20 mins. Came back and it was bubbling. So does that mean the cap!!!?? I just replaced it a month ago maybe it’s a defective one! I ordered another one that’s arriving tomorrow and I am gonna test it again. And update it

Most all immediately go to the worst case scenario! I ALWAYS spend the time to PROPERLY DIAGNOSE=SAVING $$$$$$!

well the only reason I said that because before it won’t hold pressure then after tablets I guess it’s holding now but none of the videos or directions state to pench the overflow tank hose. So I really hope it’s just the cap! I will know tomorrow when it arrive lol
