Well finally found a shop that will do it and they are supposed to be pretty damn good so it is down there now. They said it should be 2-350 to remove and diagnose the TCase and 450 to clean it up, swap the part, and reinstall it. If I can get out of it for $800, I would consider that a win. I also ordered a rebuild kit as it didn't sound like it wouldn't be too much extra to do that once they are in there. Will definitely look into Transfer Case Express though in case they find something unsalvageable inside.
