Backing off torsion keys?
I think the PO has the keys cranked up too much and we want to back them off a little. It is so stiff that it seems like we have no suspension up front.
How should we go about adjusting them properly?

Where the T Bars are set does not make the spring stiffer or softer, remains exactly the same spring rate at all times. H3s were designed to have the bump stops sit on top of the lower A Arm at rest so if your Bump Stops are old and rotted/stiff/cracked they may need to be replaced. Mine is at 23.5" and at rest makes no contact with the bump stops. IMHO riding on rubber stops is just a dumb idea, I'll take extended travel anytime.
The accepted max is 23.5" fender lip to hub center. Anything at or below that is good. Park it on level pavement and check. Use that level surface when/if you make any adjustments.
I would concentrate on making each side the same in case one T Bar settled more than the other. If you do change them, you will need an alignment.
