suspension problem : please help

My cousin and I tried to lift his hummer with a procomp shackle and torsion key lift and instead of lifting the front it lowered. It is literally slammed. Please help!!!

Sounds like you did not installed the keys in the correct orientation.

Take it all back apart and reinstall the keys in the correct orientation. All the keys do is reindex the torsion bars.
