This one just started happening, I start my hummer at night and the dash lights stay back, i put it in drive the headlights come on but dash lights stay black, if i turn the key off and back on without starting a few tines they will work, im afraid its going to get worse

 

Have you ever replaced the dash top light sensor?

 

Do they come on when you manually turn on the marker lights or headlights?
Is the dimmer turned all they way down? Try rolling the dimmer up and down 10 to 15 times. See if that helps.

 

they dont respond when i try manual, timer is all the way up

 

Pull the switch and clean the switch contacts, connector contacts, or you may need to open it up and clean internal contacts.If you are unable to correct, replace the headlight switch.
